About This Shelter
McKemie Place provides three meals per day and a couple of snacks when available, shower and a place to sleep in a safe environment; is the only temporary emergency overnight shelter for unaccompanied women 18 years old or older in the Region- serving Mobile, Baldwin, and Washington counties.
They have a 69 bed capacity to provide a place for women to stay overnight.
