Our mission at Friends Helping Friends is to provide safe and comfortable housing to those who are homeless and those at risk of homelessness. We are dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness by providing the resources and support necessary to promote positive, healthy and independent living.All of our homes are fully furnished with modern amenities including cable/satellite television, local telephone service and wireless internet.All our homes are conveniently located near Metro bus stops and/or MetroRail stations.We currently have three homes located throughout the City of Los Angeles with a goal of opening a new home every three months.We offer on-site medical evaluations as well as linkages to other case management services including substance abuse, job skills/search, credit repair and food banks.Referrals for AA/NA meetings are available upon request.
