About This Shelter
Pathways of Hope is committed to rebuilding lives of the hungry and homeless in Orange County through Housing, Outreach, Prevention, and Engagement.
Via Esperanza, located in Anaheim, is an immediate response shelter and food for homeless families.
Housing:
Pathways of Hope offers several housing options to fit different situations, with the goal of helping families re-gain permanent housing through the assistance of case managers, career counselors, and housing specialists.

Pathways of Hope provides meals and thousands of pounds of food through the HUB of Hope food distribution and resource center.
