About This Shelter
Open Arms is an innovative shelter program for persons with HIV or living with AIDS. We offer a nurturing environment to heal and wok on the issues that caused the homelessness. This is a 90 day program that offers case management, referrals to appropriate community resources and life skills groups.
Intake Process
To learn more about Open Arms and to start the intake process, please call 916-451-1691. All program participants will need the following items:
A TB test (6 months old or less)
Proof of Viral illness
A homeless certification
Program staff can help you obtain the necessary items when you call.
