Program: KCEOC, CAP Inc.Emergency Support Center (KESC)The program provides temporary emergency shelter to women and their children who fall under the McKinney Act guidelines for homeless assistance.
Provides outreach services to homeless men and intact families; provides clothing for burn out victims or other community members in need.
