About This Shelter
Provides permanent housing for homeless men with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. Case management is provided for referral to appropriate services.
Eligibility Chronically homeless men over 18 years old who have mental health and/or substance abuse issues and are not yet in recovery or in a formal recovery program.
Offers a sliding fee scale.
Documents Required Referral required from case worker. Will need Picture ID and medical/psychiatric records.
