About This Shelter
Provides permanent housing for chronically homeless women who have mental health and/or substance abuse issues. Case management is provided for referral to appropriate services.
Eligibility Chronically homeless women over 18 years old who have mental health and/or substance abuse issues
Documents Required Referral required from case worker. Will need Picture ID and medical/psychiatric records.
