About This Shelter
Home Builders Care Assessment Center (HBCAC) Mens Emergency ShelterHBCAC is the County's only 24/7 emergency shelter serving approximately 750 men annually.
Services provided at HBCAC include case management, medical, psychiatric and dental care, employment services, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, bathrooms and showers.
Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless operates three emergency shelter programs to meet the urgent needs of more than 800 men and women currently experiencing homelessness each year. Each program provides shelter, food and supportive services to help clients return to stable housing as quickly as possible.
