About This Shelter
The Emergency Shelter Services (ESS) offers temporary housing to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. These individuals/families will receive supportive services that are designed to educate them into developing necessary life skills so that they can become self-sufficient and move to permanent housing.
Services provided:
- Housing and food for entire duration of their staying
- Financial education and daily life-skills classes
- Classroom time for children
Additional Services:
ESS Resale Store: offers gently used clothing and goods at a very low cost to individuals that are moving into housing. Proceeds support the shelter. Open from Monday to Friday from 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
