Teens Only Advocacy Outreach Services.
We are available 24/7 every day of the year. All of our services are free, regardless of your ability to pay.
Sometimes you just need a break! Pete's Place can provide a safe place to go while you try to work things out at home or figure out what's next. Our shelter is voluntary and free (financial need is never asked) for any youth in crisis ages 14-17, both female and male, and their children. Pete's Place, which is connected to the Goodwill Inn Shelter, is run by Third Level's great staff that's well-trained, caring, and non judgmental.
