Family Counseling & Children's Services provides counseling to Lenawee County residents. It also services the Catherine Cobb Domestic Violence Shelter, which helps victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Services Provided:

• Crisis intervention with a 24-hour hotline
• Emergency housing
• Support groups for both domestic violence and sexual assault victims  

Additionally, Program Advocates help individuals with financial, legal, and housing issues. The mail goal is to provide individuals and/or families that have been significantly affected by domestic violence and sexual assault with safety and support during their transitional phase. Additionally, by educating individuals on domestic violence and sexual assault prevention, the cycle of violence can potentially be stopped.
