Blue Water Safe Horizons Administration

Blue Water Safe Horizons offers shelter and support services for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, elder abuse and homelessness. The services and support programs are delivered to the community in a variety of formats ranging from shelter and housing to support groups and legal advocacy.
