Breaking Ground's mission is to strengthen individuals, families and communities by developing and sustaining exceptional
supportive and affordable housing as well as programs for homeless and other vulnerable New Yorker's. The belief that
everyone deserves a home is at the heart of everything we do. NYC's Largest Supportive Housing Provider.
We provide a variety of homelessness solutions and work with each person to determine what is best for them. Some individuals are ready to go directly into permanent housing. Others need more intensive supports in transitional housing to overcome a life on the streets
