Safe Shelter
The Elizabeth Buffum Chace Center offers short-term,safe, confidential shelter for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and their children. Residents are provided with all basic needs and are encouraged to participate in a program that includes education about domestic violence, parenting and financial literacy. We also provide specialized childrens services, advocacy and referrals.
Transitional Housing
The Elizabeth Buffum Chace Center offers a transitional housing program for families who have been affected by domestic violence and sexual assault.
Our program provides safety, stability and support, while clients take the next steps toward self-sufficiency.
