Exceptional Youth Emergency Shelter (EYES)

Provides respite care to youth with disabilities and their families. EYES accepts youth who are WV residents age 718, with an IQ below 70, for placement in emergency shelter care from the WVDHHR, law enforcement agencies, parents, legal guardians, or caregivers.
