Dewitt Housing Authority

Dewitt Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of programs such as Low Rent Public Housing Apartments and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. These programs and rentals are income based and the eligibility requirements and/or restrictions are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for the vouchers or apartments and at time these lists may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need of affordable housing in the area.
