England Housing Authority

England Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of 121 Low Rent Public Housing apartments. This program is income based and eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for this programs rentals. If you are in need of housing assistance in the area please contact the Housing Authority directly to obtain more information about eligibility requirements, availability of rentals, the status of any waiting lists and their application procedures. Their office is available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm to assist you.
