Westerner Mobile Home Park is located in South Sacramento, near Highway 99 and Consumnes River Boulevard. Westerner Mobile Home park is a unique South Sacramento mobile home community currently under renovation so that 47 homes can be preserved as affordable for income eligible residents.
Westerner Mobile Home Park is operated by the Sacramento Yolo Mutual Housing Association.
The mission of Sacramento|Yolo Mutual Housing Association is to develop and operate permanently affordable housing that builds strong and stable communities through resident participation and leadership development.
