Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa

The Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa provides low income residents with housing assistance through the management ofprograms such as Low Rent Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program- Section 8. These programs are income based and eligibility requirements areset by HUD. There may be a waiting list for these programs vouchers or rentalsand at times the lists may close to new applicants as the need for housingassistance becomes greater than the funds for rental assistance or theavailability of housing.
