Hybrook Townhomes

Hybrook Townhomes is an affordable housing community governed by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). Households are income-qualified to serve individuals and families in the 40% to 60% range of median gross annual income. (Income limits are set by HUD annually for Teller County). Section 8 housing allowances are accepted for individuals receiving this program, they are located on the northwestern side of Pikes Peak in Divide, Colorado.

There are a total of 49 town-homes:

27 units, 2 bedrooms on 2 floors

9 units have 3 bedroom on two floors

13 units have 2 bedrooms on one level (some are handicap accessible)
