The application process normally takes several weeks. There is a $46 non-refundable Application fee per adult or married couple and a conditionally refundable Holding fee of $100. The Security Deposit is $500.
No Application fee or Security Deposit for the qualifying Military.
Also, the first months rent will be due at time of lease signing. For example if you move in on August 10 then
your rent amount due will be pro rated for the remaining days of August. (Ask your leasing agent if there are any current rental specials!)
To be eligible to live at Orchid Trace Apartments you must meet the income
requirements We must verify your income with your employer by either seeing
2 consecutive paystubs OR by using a form that we send directly to your
employer.
Other items of income that we must include and verify are:

- Periodic allowances such as alimony, child support, or gifts received from persons not living in my household
- Sales from self-employed resources (Avon, Mary Kay, Shaklee, Amway, etc.)
- Any other source not named above.
