Woodwinds provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. The rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

Woodwinds is an affordable new construction development located on South Grand Highway and Hunt Street, just south of Citrus Tower Blvd. in Clermont, Florida.
Woodwinds is a 3-story garden-style housing community consisting of 24 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom units. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, two bathrooms in two and three bedroom units, washer and dryer hook-ups and storage closets. Amenities include a community area, playground, pool, and free parking.  Multiple resident programs and services will be offered free of charge to residents.
