The Housing Authority of Brevard County (HABC) also manages the operations of the Melbourne Housing Authority (MHA).  Together, we are committed to providing the highest quality services to those in need of an affordable housing alternative.  As a good steward of taxpayer dollars, HABC and MHA offer ahand uprather than ahand outapproach, thereby enabling and encouraging our residents to graduate into a more permanent housing solution - which may include home ownership!
