We offer 6 bedrooms at Pioneer Lodge 2. Each resident has their own room while sharing the kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms.

Pioneer Lodge 2 is located just one mile from Angola's main shopping area.
Rental Requirements:
All applicants are referred through the sponsor, Northeastern Center. Head of household or co-head must be a disabled U.S. Citizen or Nationals, or non-citizens with Eligible Immigration Status. We require applicants to submit the social security numbers for all family members regardless of age. Applicants are also required to have an income within the Department of Housing and Urban Development guidelines and a favorable social background.
Rental Rates:
Rent is based on 30% of a resident's adjusted income. Please contact our rental office and speak with our friendly and knowledgeable staff for annual income limits and more details on the rate of rent and the process for residency.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.Call for details.
