Neighborhood Foundations Housing Authority of Newport

Neighborhood Foundations provides low income residents with housing assistance through programs such as Low Rent Public Housing Apartments and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. These programs are income based and the eligibility requirements and/or restrictions are set by HUD. These rentals and vouchers may have a waiting list, and at time the waiting list for vouchers may be closed.
