The mission of uuahc is to improve the lives of low-and moderate-income families and individuals in the washington-baltimore metropolitan area by promoting livable and inclusive communities with affordable housing, quality childcare, greenspace, and access to economic opportunity.

To accomplish its mission, uuahc lends resources from socially responsible investors and donors for community development and collaborates with neighborhood, faith-based and environmental partners.
