North Ridge Apartments

34 Unit complex with (1) 1 BR apartment, (23) 2 BR apartments, (2) 2 BR handicap accessible apartments, and (8) 3 BR apartments. Each apartment has a private entrance. This is a conventional housing complex with tax credits. The rent is $525 for a 1 BR apartment, $632 for a 2 BR apartment and $800 for a 3 BR apartment. Electricity, heat and hot water are included. There is limited in-house rental assistance available.
