The rent is based on a sliding scale of 30% of the total gross household income with allowances such as medical, prescriptions, doctor bills and a utility allowance.

All of our facilities are located on the inside of the building.

They have a wonderful patio on the back of the building with picnic tables, BBQ grills and in the front, a nice shady awning to sit under on a hot summer day.
