Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority

The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of programs such as the Low Rent Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8.
These programs are based on revenue and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD.
There may be waiting lists for rent or vouchers, and sometimes these lists may be closed to new applicants depending on the size and length of the waiting period of the lists.
