They are near parks and recreational facilities and biking and walking trails. The apartments are handicap accessible. There is an on-site laundry and children's playground. After-school programs are in the area. Heat, hot water, trash removal, and snow removal are included, and there is 24-hour emergency maintenance. The apartments are not subsidized, but Section 8 vouchers are welcome. Applicants must be income eligible and must meet tenant criteria.
