Provide a medium for the exchange of information among the owners, managing agents, and managers of government assisted or insured housing, to enable owners and management personnel to solve common management problems, to facilitate communications between the owners and managing agents and the various governmental entities involved in housing programs, to encourage and develop better service to owner-clients, to provide meaningful assistance to management personnel.
