CHIC, incorporated in December 1994, endeavors to provide social services, and implement programs that would cater to the various needs of the community: creating & sustaining affordable housing; creating & sustaining jobs and businesses; organizing & advocating for the community.
Chic also provides information as it relates to education, business, housing, health, recreation and the use thereof are functions to improve quality of life.
