The Mission Of The Kiryas Joel Social Service Organization, Also Known As The Kiryas Joel Community Council, Is To Help Improve The Socio-Economic State Of Families In The Village Of Kiryas Joel, To Address The Community's Barriers And Obstacles Hampering Such Improvement, To Bridge A Major Gap Existing Between The Public Service Delivery System And The Community, And To Implement A Multi-Range Of Programs And Services To Effectively Relieve Areas Of Concern.
