Securitad I offers affordable, low-income housing for the elderly, and has been subsidized by the Housing and Urban Development Division. Section 8 Low-Income Rental Assistance Vouchers are accepted. The complex is located right in the throbbing heart of the city, above a street-side store-front shop, offering easy access to public transit, city life, work, and grocery amenities.
