Abyssinian Development Corp.

The Abyssinian Development Corporation, or the ADC, works to improve the quality of life in Harlem by increasing the availability of quality housing to people of diverse incomes. They have developed over 1,500 rental units in the Harlem area and more than 200 homeownership opportunities, all of which are affordable and reserved for low- to moderate-income residents. Applicants must currently posses a NYCHA Section 8 or HPD Section 8 Voucher in order to qualify.
