National Development Council

The National Development Council provides technical assistance, professional training, investment in affordable housing, small business financing, and direct developer services. In particular, they finance affordable housing and act as a developer for affordable housing projects. They provide housing through these services for the homeless, low-income families, senior citizens in need of assisted living facilities, and the developmentally or physically disabled. The NDC should be contacted for a list of available properties and application information and qualifications.
