Post Graduate Center For Mental Health

The Postgraduate Center for Mental Health offers community residences, congregate, and site supported housing specifically for those transitioning from a long-term hospital stay or revolving-door hospital care back into the community. Rent is determined based upon a percentage of annual income and then the rest is made up through a rent subsidy. Residents may remain in the housing as long as they wish.
