The Parodneck Foundation

The Parodneck Foundation, founded in 1937 by Meyer Parodneck, works to develop and preserve low-income, resident-controlled co-operative buildings. The Foundation maintains a fund which it draws from in order to provide low-interest loans to HDFCs.
