Restored Homes Housing Development Fund Corporation

The Restored Homes Housing Development Fund Corporation is a not-for-profit organization in partnership with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, and Enterprise Community partners, Inc., to revitalize New York City neighborhoods affected by the mortgage foreclosure crisis. They purchase one-to-four bedroom family homes in targeted neighborhoods, address their rehabilitation needs, and then re-sell them to low or moderate-income families in the area.
