Carey East Apartments

Carey East Apartments offers affordable, low-income disability housing, managed by the Emerald Development and Economic Network Inc. Only applicants with a severe disability qualify for application and admission. This is considered permanent housing as long as the tenant remains in the building, and rent is determined based upon gross adjusted annual income. There is a presently a waiting list, but East Carey Apartments should be contacted for more information on the duration of the wait.
