Provides safe, decent, affordable housing for eligible residents of theCounty.CMHA owns and manages a large number of family estates, seniorand adult high-rise developments, and scattered site locationsthroughout the County.  Rent is generally 30% of the family's adjusted gross income, up to a flat ceiling rent for each unit. Main administrative office of CMHA. ServesCuyahoga County, excluding Chagrin Falls Township, through two federallyassisted housing programs: Low-Income Public Housing and Housing ChoiceVoucher Program (formerly Section 8).Owns and manages property andadministers rent subsidy programs to provide safe, affordable housingfor eligible low-income persons.Maintains an accredited policedepartment to ensure safe places to live and work.

Office Hours: Residences operate 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.For administrative purposes, office hours are M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm.
