Bethlehem Village may only accept applications from applicants meeting the very low and extremely low income limits.

Bethlehem Village is sponsored by the Sisters of Saint Joseph.

Bethlehem Village is a nondenominational community and is open to all without regard to race, national origin, religion, gender, or disability.

Bethlehem Village offers 100 comfortable and easy to maintain efficiency and one bedroom apartments.

All floors are accessible by elevator.

Age requirement the head of the household, co-head, or spouse is at least 62 years of age.

Citizenship requirementU.S. citizens or nationals and non-citizens who have eligible immigration status as determined by HUD.

Disclosure of Social Security Number for all family members.
