Fahnestock House is a low income apartment for the Seniors 62 years of age and older, and disabled. The rent is subsidized by the government for those who qualify. Residents pay 30% of their income towards rent. The community provides a total of 26 on 4 floors: 25 one-bedroom units, 1 efficiency, and 5 handicapped-accessible units including 1-hearing/vision unit.
