Nellie Reynolds Gardens Philadelphia

Nellie Reynolds Gardens is a public housing development designated exclusively for older adults in North Philadelphia. As PHA's first "green building," it operates on an environmentally-friendly heating and cooling system and includes a sunny community room, indoor garden, and outdoor BBQ area. There are 64 apartment units, including one and two-bedroom models. All units feature wall-to-wall carpeting, dishwashers, washers and dryers, garbage disposals, ovens, and cable hook-ups. It is accessible by public transportation via the following bus routes: 7, 39, 48, 61.
