Neighborhood Housing provides services that promote affordable housing and home ownership throughout the NEPA region. All of  services are provided with the focus of increasing the financial stability of  neighbors by providing services that create and preserve opportunities for homeownership and affordable housing. At Neighborhood Housing, home repair assistance, pre-purchase counseling, homebuyer education, foreclosure prevention services and financing assistance for modest income homebuyers can all be found under one roof.
