Rent is based on income, and if there is no income, you pay no rent.

Residents  must apply and qualify for these Section 8 project-based subsidy programs. 

There is usually a waiting list, which can be quite long for 1 and 3 bedroom units.

Rent typically includes all utilities through rent adjustments and residents pay about 1/3 of their gross income for monthly rent.

All units are clean and comfortable.

They feature central air conditioning, convenient coin laundries, a playground and a lot of open space.

Some have decks and some are handicap equipped. School buses stop on site.

The complex is within walking distance to numerous stores and restaurants.
