We serve seniors as young as age 55 with low to moderate income. One and Two bedroom, one level,laundry hookups in a two bedroom apt, no steps, all appliances and more! Elevator, Exercise room, computer room, and two community rooms. Residents are permitted to have 1 pet under 25 lbs. We offer more onsite services to enhance the quality of life of our seniors. We even offer a garden club for those who miss working in their yards or having a vegetable garden.We have laundry rooms,and trash rooms on each floor.On site manager and maintenance staff.Office hours are:Mon & Weds: 9-4 pm and Thurs:9-12 pm.
