Blanco Apartments

Blanco Apartments offers affordable senior housing, owned and managed by the San Antonio Housing Authority. The four-story complex includes 100 units, with electric, water, sewer, gas, and garbage removal utilities all paid by the SAHA. Rent is determined based upon 30% adjusted annual income. Services provided through the SAHA include limited transportation and support services. Each unit has central air and heat, electric stoves, and tile floors.
