T.l. Shaley Apartments

The TI Shaley Apartments are owned and maintained by the San Antonio Housing Authority, and they are considered a family community for moderate or low income families. The complex includes 34 one-story duplexes, 66 units, and 8 handicap-accessible units. Rent is determined based upon the greater of 30% monthly-adjusted income, 10% of monthly income, with a $50 minimum rent. In tandem with the SAHA there are family self-sufficiency programs offered. The complex is located near the local bus line, there are four playgrounds on the grounds for small children, and a basketball court and baseball diamond for resident use.
