W.C. White Apartments

The W.C. White Apartments offer affordable senior apartment living, owned and maintained by the The San Antonio Housing Authority. The six-story building houses 69 one-bedroom apartment units. Rent is determined based upon 30% adjusted income, 10% income, with a minimum of $25 rent. Residents are required to pay electricity utilities but receive a utility allowance adjustment to their total rent, and the SAHA covers all other utility costs. There are laundry rooms on each floor and gated parking, and senior resident services are provided through the SAHA.
